Fidejussions and Caution money – FinWorld

Euroservice Real Estate is a FinWorld external transactor for the issue of fidejussions and caution money concerning the award of public works, of guarantees provided for by the Italian Merloni law, of guarantees for the proper use of contributions to business activities and of contributions to vocational training (see explanatory notes)

FINWORLD SPA is a holding company working to issue caution money and fidejussions, entered in the special list ex art. 107 of the Banking Act and subject to supervision by the Bank of Italy.  It has been working since 2001 and has gained permission by the Ministry of Economy and Finance for the tabling of fidejussions regarding the award of public works

The FINWORLD SPA activity covers two big sectors:

- Works and contracts
- Public contributions to business activities

WORKS AND CONTRACTS

a – Provisional guarantees for partaking in tenders for contract.
- normal issue by the Seat and the Agencies spread all over Italy for guarantees in conformity with the 123/2004  decree-law and with the Code of Contracts, Works, Supplying Services  (decree-law163/2006) and also for other types.
- automatized procedure for registered clients, consisting in the on-line issue directly onto the client’s printer for amounts of money up to Euro 35.000,00in conformity with the 123/2004  decree-law a and with  Code of Contracts, Works     (decree-law163/2006)

b – Definitive guarantees of good execution of works and fittings.

- guarantees in conformity with the 123/2004 decree-law and with the  with Code of Contracts, Works, Supplying Services  (decree-law163/2006)
- other guarantees

c – Guarantees provided for by the Italian Merloni Law (109/94)

d – Guarantees and attestation of financial capacity for the explatation of particolar activities.

a – Guaranty for the correct use of contributions to business activities

b – Guarantees for the correct use of contributions and funding to vocational training
